Grace House for Women is a sober living program that serves homeless, chemically dependent women.
Our sober living program can last anywhere from six months up to two years.
Individuals may qualify for this program if they are struggling with substance use or alcoholism. There is also an additional qualifying circumstance: if someone is experiencing domestic violence in their current living situation and is also struggling with substance use or alcoholism, they may qualify for the program as well.
If a bed is available, approval can happen as quickly as the same day through our intake process. If a bed is not immediately available, we maintain a waiting list and work actively from it so that individuals can be placed as soon as space opens.
When someone is beginning their life over and rebuilding from the ground up, it can take up to two years to reach a point where they are able to secure and maintain stable housing independently. Grace House exists to support people through that process.
