Grace House offers HOPWA, CoC, ESG, CHOICE, and supportive services. To qualify, you must have a need and meet the low-income requirements and any possible medical requirements specific to each program. Grace House follows a housing-first approach to all its programs and will assist anyone regardless of other diagnoses or inability to control a mental health issue. There are no other prerequisites for services.
